2. Monster Black Market. Clean and fun implimentation of a breeder/brothel sim. Hot animations and effective gameplay. Some mods. More DLC soon.
3. Club Bifrost. The definitive monster-girl trainer game. Clean and bright 2dCG art and cute tweened animations. Robust training gameplay. Kinks are limited by the girl's race.

4. Venus's Club. Essentially a real-porn-viewer brothel game. Community went crazy with making girl-packs. Shitty gameplay.

5. Zum Damenhaus. Funny and charming brothel manager. Simple flash animation loops but they come in a large variety.

6. Free Cities (preg mod). Oldie but goodie. Can be very dark, or almost vanilla. Outdated 2d paper doll graphics.
7. Wicked Rouge. Fairly linear; nearly a visual novel. Decent writing. Boring gameplay. Competently made with Honey Select models.
8. Porn Empire. The Primary gameplay loop plays like Microsoft Excel, but you can still wring enjoyment out of collecting lots of boys and girls to employ and make pornos with. 2d flash animations are very stiff and unsexy. Pretty good character customization.
9. Lilith's Throne. So I heard you like reading? No art and little UI makes it very dry, but the customization and RPG elements are good. Mid-game you unlock slaves and jobs for them (including the brothel). Mods available.
10. Black Market (Not on F95, rule 7). Like Monster Black Market on this list, but darker. Less gameplay polish. Can do a lot of kinky and perverted things to the girls.
11. Something Unlimited. If you like DC and brothel and training this is for you. Game is grindy as hell, but story branches are extensive once you unlock them. Girls are hot but one-note. Only 1 body type (barbie) and 2 tit sizes (large and extra large).

12. No Haven. So I heard you like rolling dice and being confused? Very open-ended trainer/manager/rpg. Not many images and writing is rather unsexy. Best feature is breadth of RP options.
13. Stationmaster. Sci-fi twist taken to the logical conclusion. Sim-city-ish; some training, some breeding, and a whole lot of uncanny valley. The models are just plain ugly, regrettably.

14. SoldGirl Town. Very Japanese take on the subject of brainwashing girls for brothels. Limited scope and rather unsexy girls.
15. Brothel City. Almost entirely without porn, but still a cute little sim-city game.

Strive for Power is indeed a very good game if you're OK with text-based games. It is focused more on building a harem and you don't run a brothel yourself but can have your girls work in one. I haven't played no. 2-5, 7, and 9. Sim Bro is OK but it's never going to get finished and at this stage you get to knock up the hoes but they don't bear children just stay pregnant Strumpets is OK too but gets grindy and boring after a point. Never played Station master because i didn't like the art style.

Exactly right on most counts. And it's true that Station Master has some god awful looking auto generated girls. However, you can use the character editor sliders to make them resemble something a bit more human.

A porn game with shitty images doesn't deserve to be played. You want to make a game about sex? Make sexy NPCs. Strive for Power at least has a bodies pack to anchor the imagination.

Art is just one component. There's also writing, sounds, kinks, polish, and gameplay.
For my money (which is $0 btw), Station gets full marks on Kinks because of my tastes. But it fails in art and polish (too many bugs). Strive gets full marks on kinks and also very high for writing and polish.

Just played it for 5 minutes. I couldn't stand it any longer. Too many turn offs to my tastes.
1. No actual porn images ( I think they are in a torrent somewhere but I couldn't be bothered. Especially since I already had to fucks around with tortoise svn. )
2. Very low resolution text and UI
3. Music is too loud and too low quality
4. Game mechanics are poorly explained
5. Annoying RPGM-style overworld
6. Annoying RPGM-style menus and UI
7. Not a fan of the 'whacky fun times" tone in the game

It's called HunieCam Studio, not Honey Cam Studio.

My thoughts on the list/genre:
HunieCam is the best overall package deal, having actual art, music and gameplay, but there's really no reason to ever play it again after you've beaten it once. Very vanilla, which is nice. Not freeware.
Free Cities is the absolute deepest entry in the genre available in English, but only has images and has been abandoned. A must-play for anyone with interest in the genre, but extremely dark.
Something Unlimited has nice art but the gameplay is non-intuitive, obtuse, repetitive and very slow paced. In its current state, I'd say skip it unless you're a DC fan or are desperate for something new.
Breeding Season: ＦＵＲＲＩＥＳ
Strive for Power: Some people will tell you this game isn't just the cheap ripoff of Free Cities. Some people are liars.
No Haven: Might be good when it's finished. Of course, we'll all be dead by then.
Hentai High School: Biggest running joke in the genre after those old, old horrible slave trainers where you sluttify Ranma or Tifa. Actually, I'd recommend digging up one of those first before resorting to HHS.

Haven't played the rest.

Here's some decent ones that aren't on the list:
Haru Urare- Made by Alicesoft, same people that made Sengoku Rance. Easily moddable, fantastic art, actual gameplay, and a soundtrack by one of the best musicians who has ever lived, SHADE. What's the catch? The game is almost entirely focused around NTR. Sigh.
era- The era game engine is favored by the Japanese members of the brothel game community. It has well over a dozen games on the same level of Free Cities, some even with art, including one based on Megaten and several based around Touhou. The catch is translations are scattered where they even exist and the era engine dates back to the age of Zork and the games play like it.
Daiakuji- Also made by Alicesoft. Very deep, with art and RPG gameplay on the level of Sengoku Rance, but the ridiculous, absurd difficulty level will doom you to an unavoidable game over if you don't play the entire thing with a walkthrough open in another window. Only play it if you're okay with that. Untranslated.

If you like this type of game, you may also want to check out Selectacorp's games, which are flat mediocre across the board but delve into similar themes, and Maougun e Youkoso 4, which has great gameplay but isn't technically about a brothel (also untranslated).

No Haven - yes, and RAGS is an old, dilapidated, used car that no one ever rotated the tires on or changed the timing belt.

For me, untranslated is a deal breaker.

Technically not a brothel, but close enough. I like the game play for its simplicity and with the addition of a story the game really fleshed out well.

Brothel King by Goldo
This game, of which there are many similar ones (Jack-o-Nine-Tails, PyTFall, SlaveMaker and Whore Master), actually surprised me with more story than the others and slightly simpler mechanics. Well worth checking out in my opinion.

The successor to Breading Season (think what you will on that history, that is not for here). Although furry usually doesn't do it for me, I find the character design amazing, it's fresh and creative. Last time I checked their game engine was a bit wonky, but it will probably be a pretty good game.

Really like the artwork and simple mechanics, but the writing is not of high quality (yet). Also the amount of content at this point is not that large, but I would love to see this developed further.

Art style might not appeal to everyone, but I like the game play. It's a simple game that I haven't checked out in quite some time, so I don't know how far it has come. Being one man's (first test ?) project I think it has its charms.

, which kinda is a brothel game. It also has a large 'rpg-ish' part, so I don't know if that counts. And Patronus by DVE Games. Now this second one, I think, has amazing artwork. It is also set in ancient rome, which is a refreshing idea from the more common fantasy/anime/modern ones.

With the titles mentioned by other posters, a lot to choose from, but most are still in development. Still a good time to be alive for those who dream of running brothels.

P.S. A small mention of Winterfell Manager for those who like Game of Thrones. Currently not much of a game.

Yes, the story is nowhere near finished, but I think they were writing and implementing some sort of campaign last I checked. Story will be some wealthy family (with named NPCs) will give you objectives. Nothing too shocking, but rounds out the game play I think. So, we'll wait and see where it goes, just as with all the other early development games.

But I guess there are enough people who enjoy it. The problems you describe with the artwork can be mended a bit by taking community girl packs or even making your own. That might appeal to some and scare off others. I have created some girl packs (sets of tagged images) for PytFall myself, but it takes some work.
