Well... Jack o nine and Brothel King was my favorite, but I always thought they lacked the story. The grind didn't hold me for long but those games were the ones who pushed me to make my own. If anyone is interested, you can check it out. It's in my signature.

I tried J9, but even with all the guro and cannibal shit deactivated, I still couldn't get into it. The tone was a little too abysmally depressing, and made me think the game was actively trying to teach people how to abuse woman. Yuck.
B. King was Okay, just a little too band. And a lot of censored images iirc. And the gameplay was boring.
I recenly found a nice text based game, inspired by CoC, called Lilith's throne. It's not strictly a brothel game, but you can work in a brothel and pimp out your slaves (and have them get pregnant, always a plus). It's got sub and dom gameplay, seducing and rpg fighting, and relatively well realized characters and world details. The catch?- no art whatsoever. Good UI helps make up for this, tho.

On my opinion, it's a game on the podium
1 : Slave Maker, a pure Brothel management game with a large amount of fetish situations
2 : Sim Brothel 2, because you can make the choice of brothel management, adventure game, strategy et naturally all together. It's a very rich game with pleasure for everyone and with a huge playing time
PS : For both games you can choose playing a man or a girl

There was this one game I played, it wasn't quite as intricate as some of the other ones listed here, but it basically involved you rolling RNG and "gacha summoning" a girl from another world to work in your brothel. Now the thing was, these girls were actually characters from different video games such as Sona from League, Junko Enoshima from Danganronpa, to even Athena Cykes from Ace Attorney. Each girl would work to bring you money so you could summon more girls.
I wish I had the link for the game but the art was pretty damn good and the number of different video game girls you could actually summon was amazing. If anyone knows what I'm talking about and could find the game, I'd be much appreciated!

Haramase Simulator is something like that and a lot of choices a lot of girls very long game play big open world but the best is Wicked Rouge cool story great girls nice graphic!

Looks text-only. The only text-game I've enjoyed is CoC.
Both Porn and games are visual mediums. Having no images at all is a big disadvantage.

I agree with ye on Strive for Power- it's one of my favorites next to Whore Master (Whore Master should be on the list as well- Focuses mainly on Brothel Management with Gangs as your guards & ye have rival gangs ye "fight" against, has a large mix of image packs ye can add to the game: hentai, comic characters, actresses, Singers, ect- be warned that there are a lot of fakes in the Actresses, Singers, & such image packs), ye can also open 2 separate brothels (besides your main that ye start with) along with owning other Businesses that have specific features (that can be used in a similar way to a brothel): Hospital, Arena, Porn Studio, Farm, ect. Also ye can impregnate your slaves (while ye also have the choice to grant them their freedom & work for ye not as slaves), There's a mood/relations system in it that goes well with it- ranging from hating the MC/Brothel Owner up to Thinking of the MC/Brothel Owner as their True Love. I play it with both Hentai, Actresses, & Singers. While it can get monotonous, it's good overall. & I got it from F95.

Ye might like Trials in Tainted Space (aka TiTS) since ye liked CoC, they're similar (while Trials in Tainted Space is MUCH LARGER in game world & storyline).

They changed the tone a bit too whacky and make the pregnancies last like 300-400 in-game days. Ain't nobody got time for that.
