but i like the idea of streetracing game
The game premise doesn't sound bad but after Best Days demise I have little faith in future projects.
We have seen this pattern of devs jumping between projects before and it never works
that new game Race of life, is it out?

Well the game's not quite abandoned. It was taken over by ERA51. They basically use the original game as a backstory, then take off on thier own journey. Some personalities have changed significantly but I'll keep following it as I do love the female models, and the new story is interesting if different.
Strange - I just checked and the new version is only 0.1. I managed to DL the 0.6 version and I'm almost certain it was from F95. Maybe it was unofficial and deleted.

There was a 0.6, but they basically restarted the version numbers to make it more clear this is basically a new version of the game. 0.6 was basically a beta as they were figuring out how to jumpstart off of the previously released content.

In a way it was not abandoned. New devs ERA51, who posted right above you, took over development. Being new writers and dev team, some aspects can be very disorientating since the writing and characters are very much in their own style and in some cases drastically differ from the vibe and feel in the original version. I think it is worth giving a shot to come to your own conclusions since it is likely the only way to get some closure on the characters and their relationships.

If you like the art, the original studio does have a new game out now, but I don't think I has a thread on here. It's called Race of Life but so far I think it's only available through underground studios patreon.
I don't think they have anything to do with BDoOL at all any more though,
