Cloth u buy from the merchant at desert.
Money u can farm at beyond defeating some strong folks like bandits or use the save editor online to cheat/edit your money.
Just type on your browser search ''save editor renpy'' the first link with the dragon icon, in the site upload your save and a bunch of variables will show up just look for the money one (player_gold) click on the money number put the amount u want careful to not corrupt your save with some variable edits (make a backup first), download the edited save at the bottom put on your game folder saves, load the save and have fun.
