[I'm speaking from my country] I believe he will release the episode tomorrow or tonight, although I don't think he will also bring it to the site because he wants to make money first. Maybe I'm wrong and he will. It will be posted here, but I believe not.
I think Partedes already made big fanbase. Ppl like how he is able to generate content every month. You do not have to wait 1 year for next update. I believe a lot of ppl supporting him just for this and they did not really care about release on this or another site that much.
Subs will pay anyway...whether it's free here or not...Those who want to offer support will do so anyway.
