As choices? Perhaps not, but as scenes... absolutely. They are teasers for what is to come.
I'm not disagreeing with your main concern about the technique used. But any worries that those scenes will never happen is unwarranted.

After Alyssa's abrupt ending, I'm glad to see that they've put the prison issue behind them and she's now well and happy, and now she's going to work at NASA making rockets xDDD So I'm going to use the logic that this is fiction and think that he'll do well somehow.
What I did think was really shitty was her brother, who wants to make his sister do porn to make a lot of money off her, which is a really shitty attitude. Luckily, Alyssa learned not to let assholes influence her into doing things she doesn't want to do.

I take it that Partedes decided to be cunning, and the scene with Sam and her father was prepared in advance, before the poll. Now she could get pregnant while she's still a virgin.

For a porn game, seems completely reasonable and what I would be interested in watching because they are characters unrelated to me or my personal life, so yeah the idea of Sam doing that kind of thing is exactly what I'd be happy with.
