THIS GAME DOES NOT NEED ANY MOD

It has NO "real" branches. Variables/raising different powers might slightly change some dialogues and sometimes the way you solve some issues but they don't change the story. The story is linear: you can only choose which quest comes first. The only real choices are between pursuing a female character and simply ignoring her (consequence: you skip her content and miss her storyline).

And NO, you don't need any walkthrough.

This update added 2 quests. If you talked to Grimes at the police station and if you met Shevaun after Jenny came and visited Zoey, then you completed the update.

I understand the part of the title "The Bite". Where is Revenant coming from? Specially after the two dots.

scene from VtMB1 where the orphaned vampire is faced with a death sentence as a spectacle in front of the assembled elders of the city. The difference is that in Bloodlines, the sire is executed, and here, the sire is a powerful elder type... similar to a voluptuous Red Head from another game on here.....
Dev response:
The Moot scene was indeed inspired by the VtMB opening scene, and while the result is similar - that is, MC being rescued in the nick of time from execution by the outside forces, in my opinion there were plenty of differences between the two

The best vampire game ever made (from 2004 !!), but nowadays you might as well pirate it as there are hardly any of the creators left and the company has been dissolved so the money probably goes to the scammers at Activision.
I recommend you visit the game's discussion forum on Steam, as you will need to install an unofficial patch to fix a lot of things that were broken in the original game.

If you want to dig into the world of Vampire The Masquerade, remember that there is an earlier game to Bloodlines, called Vampire The Masquarade - Redemption. Don't be fooled that it's old, it still stands today as a great game.

By the way, I guess VtMB1 means Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines 1. It's not necessary to add "1" as there aren't any more Bloodlines games now. There is a sequel stuck in a development hell for many years. They say it will appear in this year but I don't believe a single word ;)

oh man, that's a blast from the past. i loved Vampire The Masquerade Redemption. never really got into Bloodlines though. would love to see something similar to Redemption as a VN. storywise that is.
