I waited more than a year to play it since I linked the story so much, but since then there is barely any content, last time I played it ended on around the second visit to the duke, did the dev go on a hiatus between then?

all doable quests can be done in latest version always, just not all available. dev decided to put all quests in even those can't be done until many versions later.

that's the thing on most vampire games here, this and other have other vampire than that who sired new vampire teaching dos and don'ts and on 1 close to same and on 1 actual "mommy" taught dos and don'ts to new vampire.

I've finished the game this afternoon and he hasn't uses "strength" or "rush", the superpowers he has acquired so far a single time. And there are like 15 superpowers or so you can unlock...

By the way, how often is this game updated? I know used to be update maybe a couple of times a year, but I think lately the updates have been kinda monthly. Is that so?

1. he hasn't needed any (that's the problem with superpowers, only few get mostly used).

That's the point: why the dev creates that system with superpowers, control and other stats, if they are barely used, or aren't?

I feel like there should be at least some training montage or something like this existing for every superpower the mc aquires

Its just annoying to learn powers and the mc isnt even trying them out a single time lol. He's in life threatening situations from the get go and you can even state his desire as "power" but he doesnt seem curious about his powers at all

The plot isn't in an early state. There have been a good number of quest already and he hasn't used those powers. In the future? What happens is the dev is still thinking how he can introduce those superpowers, the money and most of the stats in the plot. I think the guy should just ditch all that and do a VN with choices, that's all. He has been too ambitious with all those stats and superpowers. And there are like 15 or 20 of them!
