the game doesnt ask for fixed points in stat. for example x agility. it asks for % stat. current stat/max stat. if max stat (stat pool) increases while current stats stay same the relative amount is lowered. just like 1/10 is more than 1/11.


no only if you are with doc at later time during school is in quest. when you give blood there is option to help her. doing so will prevent some kissing when zoe is injured the date will still work out. maybe this is not a hard lock only dev knows, but you are locked from that specific interaction.

if you lie to zoe it doesnt matter if you didnt do anything after, there is no kiss happening when she is in bed injured

the version adding the content in question is 0.930. hearing you are (still) having a thing with the doc doesnt leave her amused. she isnt going batshit about it though its somewhat noticeable. then again i missed the whole blood work thingy and thats WAY more on the nose.

There may very well be some oversight on my part. If so, I'll fix it for the next release. Thanks guys for finding this inconsistency!

Because the 90s were great, and everything afterwards went to complete shit. Obviously.

On a more serious note, I'd say it was likely because he wanted it based in the 90s-ish.
And besides, from a "vampires are amongst us" story perspective, that and the early 2000s are really the last bit of time where that sort of thing would sort of be possible. There's just too much surveillance these days, and as good old Smiling Jack said :
