if you have time to make a sequel you have time to complete part 2 instead of making a sequel.
Obviously time isn't the reason. Whatever the reason it's probably a valid one and devs need to learn that they can admit stuff like that. No one believes the excuses they make when it sounds disingenuous. Instead of excuses, if you tell it like a reason, people will start to believe them as reasons rather than excuses.

What with the platforms kicking Enslaver off, he’s in a position where he aims to use Blue County to attract new fans to his Subscribestar site, and when he’s got that going, he’ll reprioritize the harder content.
A similar path was used by another dev whose name I’m not going to use here, who was kicked off every major adult game site, banned even from f95, and now has over 8,000 subscribestar players. I’m on the extreme side in my tastes and I had to stop playing the latest update to their game because I felt like puking.
That said, I really miss the harder content from the Enslaver series. Come on, can’t we just really beat the shit out of that skinny blonde girl yet, wipe that monkey-smile off her face?
