I have never played an h-game that lets the player so loose after the start yet it's cohesive enough that you naturally will stumble upon every quest and progress the story by just exploring the world but the final result makes the game feel purposeless, you are progressing the story without even noticing.
(taking into consideration you aren't making a b-line to the main quest and exploring at your leisure)
I do wish there were more bottlenecks in this game, the corruption aspect is very weak, you can get her sanity to 0 in about 20 minutes and there isn't much build-up for the hardcore acts, she is already getting straight fucked in the first scene.
H-events are also very short, with little development. Rarely a single event has a part II to it, it is mostly all one and done deal for every single one, with too little substance to get invested.
But I commend the dev for avoiding so many pitfalls that would make this game a nightmare. The combat can be entirely avoided, game over-scenarios exist but are always encouraged and you never miss any progress, random combat encounters can be turned off, and even the "random NPCs molest encounters" can be turned off. Also, so much care was put into the clothing system that I haven't seen since
Meltys Quest, 99% of all CGs are entirely watchable with any outfit, quite an achievement.
