Oh man. Finally finished a 100% all scenes playthrough. Maybe I missed some titles--I'll go back for them if I can be assed to do the New Game+.
God, Alicia is just so fucking delicious. I also would like to praise the autocombat skill, the turn off molesters skill, and the autolose combat skill. It's very convenient to have these options, and even though I never turned off the molesters I appreciate the fact that it was there anyway.
Being able to switch costumes in the overworld and have the sex/molestation cross-compatible with the costumes should be a standard for these sorts of games. The plot is engaging enough to motivate you to explore, and the promise of more sex kept me engaging with the map. Overall this is probably my favorite hentai game by far, I am definitely sending the author some cash and purchasing it whenever I can. 40 births/10, nome deserves your money. Go buy this game.

Is there any benefit at all to keeping Alicia's sanity high? All of her outfits require low sanity and the game thus far seems to encourage dropping her sanity score like a miniskirt at every opportunity. Does the game even have an automatic fail or bad ending condition or something for reaching a certain point with her sanity being too low?
Also I'm currently stuck at how to get the Direwolf fur made. I got the fur and talked to the tailor, and he just keeps asking Alicia on what she wants the armor to look like. Anyone know what to do there?

For the ending yes, you also get a exclusive title at the end after defeating the final boss with high sanity, on another note not many benefits besides completing the game.
It depends on which outfits you're wearing, how much sanity you have left, and if you have any other people in your party - at the time when you fight final boss.

Also fun fact: Alicia can get pregnant even through recollections, so if you want Alicia to be having a specific person's baby for some reason before resuming her being a town bike (i.e. the Port Town old priest), take off her ring and just view the appropriate recollection in the temple (you can even do it right after having her give birth), and then head out to have her literally get fucked. It's mostly pointless, but nice to have nonetheless.

A quick way to lower Alicia's sanity without buying Secret Potions from the Apothecary in the Wilderness Cave is to go to the tavern in Snow Town with Molestations turned on and just run around past the patrons there. Most of them will grope her and Alicia's sanity will go down fast in only a few minutes.
