Go to the Royal Capital on the outskirts and find the shady guy who will teach you how to open locks. Though he wants to see Alicia in the outfit you get from the brothel in the desert town.

For anyone new playing this. Take off Alicia's ring asap after/before you leave the starting village. I didn't knew that it prevents her from getting pregnant until the game told me so after a few hours into the game and lots of creampies later X)

You can't take it off voluntarily until you hit 0 sanity iirc.
