Just progress with the story. After some time check back and go to Alicias house again. The merchant should have set up the onahole slime lab by then

The gate will open after you progress the story further. Then you can do a quest there
Maybe this will help with "Disturbance in the wasteland":
After I cleansed snow village from Archbishop's influence, at the mountain area leading exits and enters were marked with the'?' signs, and mysterious rock have disappeared.
So...it would seem you need to accomplish 2 things:
-defeat the Dark Witch at the Reminiscence room;
-defeat the Archbishop at the Snow Town Cathedral.
Try this, if you're stuck.

You can pretend she has some kind of chastity by avoiding those chasers in towns/beating them physically, and also by resetting the libido to 0 frequently.
