Good question. And with no changelog, impossible to answer at the moment. Haven't played yet, but it's likely a rework.
And as Avaron1974 noted, updates are all over the place.

S2-Ep 9.2 -> 584 MB (December 2024, along with S1-Ep5-B5 same day)
S2-R1 -> 319 MB (October 2025)

I figured you hadn't been given the change log, that's not something you'd simply forget to include.

And I just fired it up and looked...

While this does appear to be a rework or rewrite of some sort, given the file structure changes mentioned below, it also contains "script_ep10.rpy" which is one episode more than the older 9.2 version that was here. So it's a rework/rewrite plus a new episode, unless I'm way off in my observations.

The file structure has also changed, with the story scripts moved from ./game/ into a folder named (surprise, surprise) ./game/story/
You'd think that would invalidate every old save, but no... I was able to load some saves from 9.2 episode 6 but I would not trust them to have all correct variables or values for them. In my opinion, you should restart season 2. I'm going to, anyway.

I don't see a need to put the older version back in place, but that's your call.

Well, its just a few clicks. So I don't really care, it depends, if there was so much changed/removed that it would be worth to play the old version

Well... the "old" version is episodes 1-9 of Season 2, and I had only played up to episode 6.
This new release is the same, plus episode 10.
And I can only load some saves from ep 6, many (most?) of ep 6 saves throw immediate errors.

At some point I suspect everyone will have to start season 2 over again. May as well rip off the bandaid and tell people to do it now rather than later. My 2 cents worth, anyway.

I mean they are the same except the new one has a few more scene where game ended from previous update like maybe few clicks in a new area..and I think there is also new boat scene to deliver girl to school after sex so new one as a few new scenes but I do no think anything was removed. At least that is what I got from playing both version and loading saves to compare them.

Decided to give this game another try, just to see how it's going after so long.

Not quite...​

The dev seems to have dropped NTR entirely, which is good and bad. Bad because having a fun NTR path would be nice, good because the NTR path in the game sucked, so now, at least, the dev can make a good harem/MCdom focused game.

And it is an alright game. There are a lot of scenes, with average writing that fails at some points, like how it's making the MC this guy who swore chastity and is super conflicted about having sex with lots of beautiful, willing women with no downsides. At some points that conflict makes total sense, but it doesn't seem as prevalent (sex with the indian woman that hates him but needs a male heir, pressured by a woman to impregnate her daughter that doesn't want to be a teen mom(hot as hell), there are others iirc) but nothing too jarring.
Despite that, the scenes are really fun, and I like how the game is so far.

Overall, pleasantly surprised by the changes. Glad to see the game improved.

The saves folder was renamed, I transferred my old saves into the new folder and it works. There wasn't much content into episode 10 yet, like one scene, so I don't really think it's worth a download. Don't know if anything else changed in the previous chapters.

Because in the scene where she is holding hands with another girl and the last frame about to kiss, and in season 2, it was when she steals MC's sperm and puts it in a tube for later.
I think if Carla were never in this game, then it wouldn't be so bad.

2. only comes back in his life to have sex and steal his sperm for something else (most likely impregnate her lesbian lover), so pretty much rapes him and puts a baby in a stranger he never meant.

Lets be honest, this AVN does not instill awe or anything profoundly intriguing. Its a 3 star game at best, has mostly below average EVERYTHING, the premise is buried in bullshit that is suppose to be mysterious and yet the dev just juggles more bullshit by adding random encounters and nonsensical rubbish like a gross looking robot, cults, sperm stealing hard-done-by crazy pregnant woman and most of the game despite having some choices are not really choices, as the plot hardly changes and the player/MC has little agency...rate of content and amount of it is so few and far between, a remake would not save this...sad as that is, since it does tick some of my boxes nicely, but quality and even quantity...its a nonstarter IMO
