Thank you for your reply! Will the penthouse be available in the future when will the main questline be completed?

All quest with Bridget start at her office so the access to her penthouse will be a quest that she give you at her office.

Once she invite you to drink and you have the choice in dialogue « I need money » she will invite you to her place

Always make sure affinity is at the maximum or she will refuse
