I can't get a secne with mr Salazar and Bella and even after the conversation between mc and Salazar he tells be to go away ?? Any idea

So when bella interrupts you and Salazar u started the event,it's random maybe you won't get it on a first try.
Bella and Salazar will start to have sex,talk to guards and give them hamburgers,make sure to buy them before going to talk to Salazar in bakery next to barber shop.
Hover the mouse around Salazar's table to get green mark and you will download data and watch them have sex.
When that is done go to second floor corridor and skip time till u see guards in front of the room ,talk to them and say that u want to check on miss salazar,then tell them they can go eat you will replace them and just peek inside room for second scene.
