There are plenty of them, for example Fresh Women. It's easier to type a tag in the search engine on the forum and watch games with a high rating.

Push to harass her and complete all NTR stages (naked scene and BJ scene) then look at her ass you should have an additional choice to stick your D (same as Ines in the store to trigger)

No no same place as the first scene between Bella and her husband just a variation (you needs to get caught when she get fucked Anal) then her husband will ask her to go change her clothes then she will be back and it will automatically run the BJ scene

Following that you should be able to open the last scene anal in the kitchen
