Calls develop relationships and eventually lead to an increase in the relationship level to the final one in this update. The time of calls is random, for me it was more often in the morning, if not, then at the end of the day.

Bridjet is a RNG event, it's random(REALLY RANDOM), but having max relationship with her helps
and after a certain level, idk which, the penthouse become inaccessible due to lore events
I always save when I start the day at the bank all events at the bank are random so skip time and if not appear just reload your save and repeat

Time skipping works really slowly, even if you hold down ctrl, everything slows down a lot, sooo many freezes, despite the fact that my PC is productive.Thank you for your reply! The hector penthouse probably won't, because she kinda of explodes, but MC could have his own in the future, and maybe throw some parties full of thick chicks

All quest with Bridget start at her office so the access to her penthouse will be a quest that she give you at her office.
Once she invite you to drink and you have the choice in dialogue « I need money » she will invite you to her place
Always make sure affinity is at the maximum or she will refuse
If a story of one character is dependent on story progress of another character you are told this in a game and in a walkthrough. There is no determined order how you should walkthrough the game, however I would recommend you to accomplish quests of Nestor story first and then move to Bridject, Bella and Maria storyline
