1.) During the first interrogation by the police, do not say Don's name (it is written about this).
2.) Do not use third-party programs, at the initial stage their usefulness is questionable.
3.) Clear the save folder on the system disk.
Having fulfilled these three conditions, you will 100% be allowed to see Don.
Your situation suggests that Don does not want to communicate with you. Good luck

Make sure you have a normal look and have met Nestor (the Prologue doesn't count, you need to visit him after being released from prison) before starting this quest.
because my saves coming from the bum (web browser version ), is displayed on the bum(install on my computer) but when I want to open it an error message appears.
Sorry for the naive question, but has this ever worked? It's just that these versions are quite different without going into detail. Moreover, I have never seen a browser version of this particular game anywhere and the developer did not mention such an option, or I did not understand something

You don't need Bella's quest to meet Nestor, just go to his house and talk to him first (there you can also meet Maria). Then after 8:00 on Saturday you should be able to access Salazar's penthouse if you did quests 0-2 for Bella.
There are sites that run a Ren'Py emulator and one's able to play Ren'Py games within a browser. I'm not exactly sure where and how the save files are stored, but it's very likely they are incompatible with ones stored locally on one's PC.Sorry for the naive question, but has this ever worked? That's the default mode of this game and you can't turn it off unless you use a mod that someone posted earlier (beware that using it might break things!).

If I could change one thing about the game it would be how restrictive the jobs are. Getting fired and then having to wait until you can apply for the job again is so tedious and missing work is inevitable if you want to do certain events.
