He's probably the most mysterious character in the game, the very gun that should be fired according to the genre's rules . Perhaps this is just a fantasy (probably it is), but the reduction in the number of characters gives hope for the development of the plot and not just the pumping up of 18+ scenes.

bro the phase 2 is you in jail. if u want to play the new updates you must be in jail.

he probably plays with cheats, that scene can trigger only if you play without cheats. from the beginning ( not changing it during game using URM).
