i dont understand what you mean by selling. but the game version 9.1 is out for tier 4 and will be out in public in 6 weeks. another but, it might get leaked on tier 2 like always so 4 more weeks of waiting.

I think the game broke after using the URM. I've played through that scene about 10 times (in the full version), and if you say "I agree" to Dario, the game continues. Nothing happens in the first few weeks; you earn karma and money . And periodically check your stats. Given the wild randomness, starting in the second or third week, you'll lose a few times every day, and you'll be lucky .
