It is. but while the Dev makes regular releases the amount of content that gets added per update isn't much. you can usually get through an update from one version to the next in about 5 minutes. speaking as someone that played updates 3, 4, 5, and 6 on release. meaning unless you are more than 2 updates behind you could probably play through the most recent version faster than it would take for you play through a minimally ad viable 10 minute youtube video.
It's a fun game. it's just not expanding very quickly so there is no rush to stay up to date for some.

i've wondered for a while, if you provide the updates for free on SubscribeStar eventually, how long until they also end up here? So far there doesn't seem to be any consequences for tapping or not tapping the button. There maybe only two so far and that was the from tap 1 and tap 2. Tap 1 makes the daughter more open to naughty stuff and Tap 2 just makes an opening for more stuff with the ex wife down the line. I know the real consequence is losing lifespan but so far you really don't have to tap the button at all.
