I haven't played this in a while and I've never played the other game either.

But to have a LI hopping back and forth between two different games, which means she's basically cucking both of the MC's is... pretty hilarious to be honest. (that is, if you aren't immersing. Because if you are... you're cucking... yourself? Not sure how that works.)

This is like if Jerry Springer was an AVN series.

If anyone is sending death threats, then those people are sick. The dev should always stick to his vision though. If people don't like it they can move on. Polling for content decisions is never a good idea. So I'm glad Cell reverted the game to how HE wanted it.

But last year he wasn't even sure about adding Emi to the cabin because he felt that it would cause an uproar, so he let people vote for it.

Than he made a poll so she was in, as potential LI.
Next she was removed after a bunch of complains and even death threats (from morons which wanted to fuck her) and suicide threats (from other morons which didn't also wanted her as LI).
Now the dev said he will do what he wants (good), but she is back as LI, not like he wanted at all ?

Also I do find Dev's statement "If you fuck her - that's on you" silly, cause if I get it right when Cabin's MC rejects Emi - she is upset about it and she clearly wants to fuck him anyway - hence she is cheating on the canon MC from Emi series, so that one is not on player, that's on Dev.

Dev didn't want her as a LI in the game, just for small portion of the game where she gonna have talk with the mother, about her relationship with her brother.
Dev added her as a LI, get bunch complaints. Then Dev removed her as a LI, and after that he start getting death threats, so he decided put her back.

IIRC Emi's story was she is with her brother after a long time (saving her first time for him) and finnaly getting what she wanted (1st Emi game) and than they were on the road to this cabin, together (2nd Emi game).

Now she is back just to cheat on the guy she wanted the whole time and is with her...well that sure doesn't let her look good, or maybe the dev plans to rewrite something of the story and she isn't yet together with the her brother ?

Also according to Dev on discord death threats were also mostly from and I quote you "morons which wanted to fuck her" indeed.

Yeah sorry, but no matter their opinion, threats/stalking/death threats etc to a dev are way to far.

Well. i also didn't play the latest update yet.
I like the Emi games, and Emi as a character, she's a really good LI in these games.
If Emi is a LI, well that's the dev choice, but then he really needs to reworke her backstory. As is, that just would ruin her as a LI, neither does cheating and leaving her brother fit with her character imo.
