That is the million dollar question. According to some posts above me you can assume everything that looks like school clothing for example and any underage looking character.
It looks weird as fuck. I don't mind the dude being taller but at least they could have gave the girl upper sports clothing as well to be coherent with the new design....or why not stay in skirt but just a different one.
The girl on the left is taller now and got slightly bigger tits.
As for H-scenes I doubt they removed any but I can see them rewriting them to look it even more consensual.
I hope someone takes the time to make more comparisons since we won't get an definite answer to what changed.
Contemplating to wait for the Reporter DLC to play it in one go though.

personally nothing changed. I was most content with the art book and it's "unused drafts" i've already played the DL version 3 times so maybe that's why? if it's been a while since you last played the game, i'd suggest you wait a month more and play it together with the coming dlc for a smoother gameplay
is this the final version or will it receive content updates? I'm waiting to play the full game

Does anyone know what the new "Mystery Mode" is within Misa's sex scenes and how to unlock it? P.S. It is written it is unlocked after the character is fully corrupt, but she is already at max.
in terms of the 3 main heroines the story is over but there's a new DLC coming up in a month or so introducing a 4th female lead. with that the game will conclude.
So the game is completed for what it started but there'll be one last addition coming up in a while.

No more censorship on genitals and pedo boys got censored out of existence.
I assume it's only for the normal scenes at home, not the extra scenes, that's why its not possible to enable it?
