Either you are loading a save that's super old or your browser is not allowing Cookies.
Try loading the game in Opera or Firefox. See if that helps.

It's the cookies then. At least you can play the game now but if you do wish to just use Chrome, might want to explore the settings and make sure it's accepting everything it can and not actively blocking Cache or Cookies from The Company.

Even though I have allowed the use of all cookies, the same error message appears in the Chrome browser. I don't know what exactly is the problem.

Not sure... Could be something else like an ad blocker or The Company Domain being blacklisted in your search engine.
How do I unlock the Club Pearl location it's been more than 14 days I started from chapter 1 and now in chapter 4 I dose her 2 time MCS-3 and following carefree rout with 4 heart affection

It's random. You should get invited out by Tasha just like Sophie asks you out for dinner or Penny invites you to her apartment.
You can try boosting her Affection and taking her out during the weekends to see if that helps.

Make sure you're not wearing Women's Clothing and just keep the most Dominant Suit you can buy at the Mall.
So long as you have that, you won't ever change.
If you've done the Random Events where Penny is running around the lab or she's hyper focused and you have the chance to sneak up behind her, say no too both. Either Event will give you breasts or make it so you need to borrow women's clothing.

I've been attempting this but I'm wondering if you have to dose her at least once first before waiting the 14 days? Because I haven't dosed her at all and we're going on dates and good relationship for well over 14 days.
Are you playing in story or free mode?
In story mode I had the first Saya dream related to Tasha at the end of chapter 3, then talk with Tasha at work and another dream wich prompted the change around a week later.

Story mode, but I'm still in Chapter two (one month has elapsed so far). Just to confirm, you got the Saya dream without ever dosing Tasha? If so, great, I just need to progress further.
Edit: It may have just been extremely bad RNG. Penny was the only person to ever ask me to go home after work, over and over again. I just finally got the invite from Tasha on October 3th and the next day I'm getting the come over to visit my home chat. I'll report back if things progress.

No, if you're in story mode you have to get to chapter 3 for it to trigger
