Yes, at this time, I believe only mom and Dakota can be MSX'd, with it turning mom into a public use slut and Dakota into either a porn star or a puppygirl.
This game doesn't really need a walkthrough.
The only parts where it would be handy, is regarding one specific type of serum (that so far only can be used on the mother and sister), and the first choice regarding whether or not to dose Sophie.
Other than that, it really is straightforward.

I suspect it will eventually be an option, but Westane's patrons seem pretty into the sissy and trans stuff based on the poll results I've seen so, probably not a priority.
Can you advance Sophie at all? I haven't been able to do anything. She does make me pick up something every now and then that makes me more submissive.
