Well, that would depend on where you've already dosed her to - Obedient self tester, sex loving dom, or office slut.
Since we can't make her all three at once, I'd say it's unlikely that what you're saying would be possible.

if shes self testing and nobody is in range when shes suggestible, she should either self suggest through her subconsciousness (ive seen dog and animal scenes so far and i hope theres an option for pet play with the equipment from the pornstore) or become a mindless robot.
If you're going into "What If?" territory, then that particular one would require bypassing the order of her being dosed, and which commands you chose to instil in her.
The obedient self-tester is the end of the pure obedience path for her.
She's already been dosed to take orders from only your character, to daily prep some chemicals, to make and sell serums and give the money to your character.
You really seem to be grasping at straws just for the sake of it.
I agree that it doesn't make any sense. The way serums worked was always by commands. Doing random stuff without any cause, repeating the same events over and over isn't a good way to handle things.

I wish and asumed that. but no, shes testing the MC serums on herself and stands around like a mannequin. or acts like an animal at times in random events.

The names of the MC and family can be chosen at character creation. The MC has the option to change their first name each time they go through with the gender change dream. If there is a way to change the names of mom and sis post CC, I have not found it

The Guide needs to be updated to v6.1 (the new character Lauren who replaces Diana isn't in the current guide, but she is in the as of v6.1).
In all fairness, it would be pointless adding her to the guide.
Her content is entirely linear and cannot be dosed. Maybe if/when she gets an update that changes those things, then she'd need added to the guide.
She does cause some affection loss/gain with the other characters... but there as well, the only guide to her would just be "never take her side" essentially, as it's kinda pointless to side with her (pretty sure she takes you out to the bar and is an option for the date regardless of affection).
How do you become a "regular" futanari, i.e. not trans and not a bimbo. I used to be able to consistently do it, but now I never can.

The only character in the game capable of having both sets of genitals, is the MC's mother, by using the Strange Strap-on.

Good times.
Definately curious what plot threads we'll be able to choose from (paths) for Eva and the sis if they follow a similar amount of options that Penny has been upgraded to.
