Why does picking up the sister's underwear make the MC feminine? No other reason could exist like to masturbate into them or whatever right? The MC can also rape and impregnate the mother and sister while making them orgasm from it, and then make them not hate the MC 2 days later with 0 drug use, that seems weirdly overlooked.

There's a lot in this game that if you actually thought enough about (not even thinking long & hard) you'd start to unravel so much of this game's content and plot(s) that it'd probably leave you either scratching a bald-patch into your hair, or laughing hysterically.
I have a question, why do people have to over analyze things, this game is for fun and entertainment, if you are not finding that, there are a lot of other games you could try.

eg. Most are based on the premise of allowing a MC without high charisma / sex-appeal to have sex with others within a very short period of time.

That's what I think everytime people complain about a game with a fetish they don't like.
A valid point in a general sense, but irrelevant to the context of what was being replied to, and the reply.
Probably the best of the html games, one dumb thing i would love to see is, depending on choices you made, John visiting you and randomly fucking your mother/sister with the option of you joining to or to get fuck
About the only thing I'm interesting in from John is possibly having him as Channel and being more of a slutty BFF you can join with for sexual shenanigans now and then. Personally I'm still waiting for the Ava/Dakota updates which are, last time I checked, a long, long time from fruition. (It's become something of a ritual of mine when I play a new update now and then to make the MC and herm Ava get each other preggers just for fun and/or amusement and move on from there.)
Hoping somewhere down the road you can spend 'quality' time with the family simply by the raw power of debauchery and charisma instead of leaving them as a drug addled mess or village bicycle. Not saying it needs to swing the needle 180 degrees the other direction either, just a happy (ending) medium of sorts would be nice.
Or discovering a futa serum from taking a sample from Ava, which is highly effective to those in the immediate bloodline (MC, Ava, Dakota).
But hey, different strokes for different folks. A lot of folks prefer straight vanilla, and more power to them. Pun mostly intended. Certainly a quality game that gets better as time moves along.

anyone remember how to get Tasha to put the chastity cage on you? I'm Sub and went to bathroom with John, and still male but i dont get the event, i give her the vibrator back and still nothing, should i be sissy first? should i not have messed with john?
edit: seems i was stuck on dosing Tasha due to "john in the way" on another playthrough i dommed him instead and now i think im on the path

I think all it requires is you to have given her back the vibrator and eventually you can get the scene in a random workplace event. I don't believe you need to be a sissy to get it. Not sure about the John stuff.

And now we wait for a generous backer to take pity on us. Just understand that Westane likes to delay hotfixes and patches until they backer version leaks purely so he can update the game after every leak. So maybe whatever kind soul that's out there could wait a bit until at least the first big hotfix before taking pity on us?

Just want to throw this out here, since it hasn't been mentioned yet it seems.
In addition to the "JUSTINBAILEY" cheat, which enables the debug menu, there is another cheat, "XXJUSTINBAILEYXX" written into the source that enables the debug menu AND "dev mode".
Unfortunately, seems the only thing "dev mode" currently does is makes it tell you the random roll result (and required roll) for impregnation. So not terribly useful, but...as I said, just wanted to throw this out here since it doesn't seem to have been mentioned yet.
