Or Is the collar not working for me as I've maxed out Ava's doses before giving her the collar? By that stage Ava really compliant already

I've not been asked for a password. Winrar just says the archive is corrupt and doesn't list anything to extract at all. 7zip says pretty much the same thing.
Yup that's what I got from the Mega one, just the HTML and no image pack, even though it downloaded 1.2gig of stuffs. Downloading the NOPY one as I type this. Will report back in edit if anything exciting happens
I think you going on about the pics. You need to have the images packs filed correctly. I merge pack 1,2 and 3 together, no duplicate files name in that pic folder. If you do it right the start of the game there are 2 check boxes showing you the packs are installed right. It where the games ask you to proceed with or without images. If that not it then i dont know, game working fine for me
