If the drawn images are drawn competently (I'd say "just okay" or better,) it's preferable to real images in my opinion, mainly because there's less constraint. If you use a pornstar, you're limited to any scenes that pornstar has done. "Can we have Penny do this?" "No, because Penny Pax never did." Also, it would help minimize the problems people might have with continuing to use Dakota, and silence the controversy over Tasha.
With all that said, bad art is worse than no art. And if the art kevin showed is consistent across the game? That's GOOD art and I'd be absolutely on board.
