Can a change money after progressing a bit further to the game? I selected the motherlode cheat but it's not enough. Do I have to restart?
If you selected the PC cheat (MC's computer in their bedroom) then you've got more cheats available that way, including setting money to $999,999,999.

Depending on how far in you are, it'd be wiser to restart.
You won't be losing much of a time investment if you're not past Chapter 2, especially with cheats and sensible time management. Make sure to select the one for shorter cooldowns for serum use (doesn't affect Kagney) as it'll reduce the cooldown back to the old 1 day cooldown.

I'm at the point where the bitch ms. dee giving me a company tour and introducing me to my other colleagues. I think I will restart. You're right. I messed around the console a bit but I can't find the cheat value. There is only one value named "Money," but it's just changing a fake value. When I spend the money, it reverts back to the old one.

@Snugglepuff Thanks, btw. I want ask you a question. Does the game have enough content to keep me hooked for a while? It released in 2017, but it's not completed.
It's got a lot of varied content, including different serum paths for the various characters as well as the MC themself. It's mainly geared around replayability as well as longer-term content.
There's easily several hours of playtime, and that's not including making different choices either.
A fair word of warning though, as the game progresses the loading times between locations/times/scenes gets longer.
Turning autosave off will ameliorate it somewhat, but it'll still happen.
Somethin up with Mrs.Dee bio, not updating logs properly.

Is it a known problem where about 3 months in the game takes 30 years to load a new day? Or is it just me?

Twine games keep a lot of information in memory for the current game and for each additional save.
I usually play in a private/incognito window. When the game becomes a bit slow, I usually save to disk, close my private browser window so that the current state and all saves in memory are forgotten, then reload the saved game from disk.
Aaaaand I'm stuck.

All the Cheats work. Just select a new Game, say you've played the game before, create your character, select Cheats at the end

nope thats the only way to get on his dom path (you might be able to cheat on to it BUT only if you befriended him not made him horny 24/7 of turned him into channel)
