The plan is for Chris to be content complete sometime in 2023 or 2024. He will be getting a fair amount of attention so it's mainly waiting.
Tasha is 1/3 updates right now and Diana is looking to be 3 updates as well afterwards.

So I played the Mopoga online version and couldn't get the Tasha apartment stuff to trigger, came here to read that it's a bug that got fixed on the most recent MEGA download and gave that a go. I loaded my save and still can't get the apartment stuff to trigger, is my save bugged and I have to restart again?

Are you on the serum path or the non-serum path? I've been looking through the code and I can't for the life of me figure out how her apartment is accessed on the serum path. There's triggers for her non-serum path, but I can't find any triggers to unlock her apartment on the serum path. I could just be dumb though. Or it could be intentionally that way?

Both, I had 2 saves. 1 where I just unlocked dating, and 1 where I dosed her up to her coming to my house (1 dose before wife). So far in either save I haven't gotten her to invite me to her apartment or vise versa.

Hmm... If I'm reading the code right (which I may not be) then after 7 days she should ask you out when you're leaving work in the evening, and when you say yes and have your second date her apartment should unlock. I'm currently trying to test it because I can't be sure but there might be a missing trigger somewhere.

Yeah I'm looking at the code too but I'm not a coder, I understand base variables but not script variables ($) so if a variable says tasha.flag.caughtmasturbating I can punch that in Sugarcube console and see if it's true or false. But $variables always get me, I'm looking at the Ride-Home passage and what I see there is "flag $tasha apartment" and "cd TashaApartment" are required but that doesn't help me in terms of trying to look through Sugarcube to check/change variables manually.

No idea other than he will just have more Male/Male content, Male on Female content, and just be another character to interact with. He may not have any Serums at all. We'll see.
Depending on the triggers you will unlock it either in:
Path 1: Unlocks naturally in the Dating/No Dose route after 2 weeks
Path 2: Unlocks through MCS-3 and the events around it
