Once you get the enhancements in the lab via story progression, it's a matter of having both breast and a penis. I'm pretty sure having the Large versions of both makes it faster.

Is there a point to the overnight trip to HQ? Seems like the point is to allow characters to not answer obvious questions and to introduce us to James Deen... but I'm not particularly interested in ever seeing Deen again. I didn't start making mind-control slut potions for extra competition.

You can fuck her as soon as you give her that dose to invite others, and then you can avoid said content by avoiding visiting her bedroom in the daytime

Does Sophie's romance route have any sex in it now (or have any of her routes been expanded at all)? I'm near the point where you can first dose her (not counting the intro).

F12, Sugarcube.State.variables and then scroll down to each girl in alphabetical order and edit what ever you want, just be carefule of Sophie as she's a multipath character so some of her options negate others (typically Dom negates love and sub). Also don't fuck with genders and just change them naturally. You can also edit the player's stats as well.

There's a sex scene with her during that, though I'm not sure if it's only for the romance path or if the other routes have it but the scene is different. You can also impregnate her during it. As for repeatable content, though, there doesn't seem to be anything new -- you can eat lunch with her and take her out on dates on the weekend but there still isn't any sex content in them.

Actually, if you take sophie down the sub route (suck-suck private-suck work-fuck work) you can have sex with her in the last version. Doesn't work on the romance path, and haven't tried the new sophie romance path.

The game author has explicitly stated, more than once, that there will not be. The entire game span happens over only a few months. Characters being pregnant will only impact ending epilogues.

Well I didn't know. Just recently tried this game. Thought maybe as it seemed like a big deal that you made someone prego in this game it would kinda lead anywhere towards it, that all -)

With all the chemical mindfuckery it wouldn't be much of a leap to develop some drug for faster or even perma pregnancy.
I think the issue here is that the game uses real porn, which seriously limits the availability of scenes with pregnant models.

Well, Avenger done prego stuff in his games (SOB, Big Kuyash), that use real models, but then again a character can be portrayed by more than one model. So break immersion a bit.

Sure, it can be done. The Incubus City dev did a decent job with photoshop but of course those are just pics.
Getting the gifs right with consistent models is a different story, unless you only use close-ups and such where the face isn't visible.

All things considered it's probably just too much effort unless your paying customers are really into it.
