No seeing as mom getting her guts rearranged by BBC is mandatory for the story to progress. Also from what I am seeing if Mom gets screwed by anyone else outside of the MC and BBC it is a bad end.
It will be good to have some Walkthrough mod or Guide the BBC get the girls when you decide to do some fucking you get bad end or you must watch how your best friend is raped and can't do a thing our char have gun is his hand and don't now how to use it 
So far from my game play ;Main char is weakling and whatever he chose can not change it game slap him and say you are useless no girls for you if you do something you die or something bad happening to you go homo I don't see good thing for our guy so far . Yea you are rite , actually never played that route and I've realized now it's not possible to kill her yet but now she's on my list to get ride of her asap.
Damn I fucking hate it when there's so many girls in games like this but at least this dev was nice enuff and gave us the option to get ride of this uninteresting bitches .

To do the path of having GG kill Calico follow the following steps.
1) When you get the choices in the club that says to "Stall him" Go with Dredd Plan, Tell him about Jamal" and "Play Dumb" Choose play dumb. (Note if you don't do this and you choose to go down the Path where you must kill Calico you won't be able to shoot him and you will be forced to get a bad end.
2) When you are driving Astrid to go visit her mother you will get two choices. "Drive over to Jamal alone." and "Go back after her." Choose "Drive over to Jamal alone."
3) When you are facing down Calico in Jamal's apartment choose the shoot option.
Follow these 3 steps and Calico will be dead.
As for Maggie being an option for the prom sadly she isn't.

Many? There are not many girls here,there are only a few and most of them get killed already which left us with only two main girls/womans - Savannah and Gretchen! Only now in this new update there were introduced two more girls - the famous Taylor Swift and the girl from Hooters Becky so now there are basically 4 girls/womans. Now if we count the 3-4 side ones too then we can say we have a bit more but the game doesn't focus on them and they are presented only in a certain situations: Krystal,Alyah,Principal and Astrid's mother but except Krystal the other ones we barely see in the game so like i sayed i don't think there are "many" girls/womans in the game,not to mention that it may happen the Principal or Astrid's mother to be killed in one of the next updates now that there was the video of Principal showed to everyone how she's been fucked by BBC(if you successfully changed the video) and that Astrid's mother was left in the gang to serve BBC and the killer may found about that.

I quickly played this a few different ways and my god it is brutal for the MC , from what I've gathered the best ending for him is to run off with Erin , even tho his mum dies and Erin ends up turning tricks still looks a lot easier than everything else

In all honestly to be honest I personally feel MC getting with Khalifa is the best bad ending to be honest. For starters in that one he actually Man's up, and takes on his tormentors and wins for starters. Next off unlike in the Erin ending he doesn't get cucked seeing as not only does he get to get to claim her hymen, but he at that point was actually getting his life together. The only thing the Erin end had better was that he was alive at the end of it.
Honestly it's such a hard game to track it's probably the only game I've played where I've no idea what's going to happen from my choices , really wish I could find a walkthrough to help a bit more around it
Honestly up untill he gets cucked with Erin it genuinely felt like she cared about him
