I think the first requirement is don't be Astrid's boyfriend(choice from very early in the game), then when MC is with Mom at the hotel. confess feeling for her, you need to trigger hotel sex scene with Mom(it maybe a dream or not who cares)

I just played this for the first time and I even used the walkthrough to choose carefully, and it was absolutely disgusting, I was only interested because it was using the avatar from dreams of desire, but Jesus this was a tough play through. Will be avoiding it from now on.
