First, I have no personal animosity towards the game author, or their country, let's get this straight out of the way. On the contrary, I am rather fond of Italy for various reasons.

Second, it's my opinion that true friends are the special ones of their kind that do tell us about our own shortcomings, weaknesses or failures, to help us improve on them. Of course, I don't know the author but the second that the game went public, it is expected to be exposed to scrutiny. That's at least the spirit in which I took some of my own time to provide my feelings playing the game.

My personal feedback is what is (and I still stand by it to this hour), but given what other people have reported in this thread and the average comments on Steam at this time (6 thumbs down out of 9, 2 reimbursed), I doubt anyone could reasonably state that the game has been well received as a whole.

Instead of looking for excuses, the author (and anyone who cares about the game) would do well to take this general situation into account, start looking for a native English speaking proof-reader or probably, let's be honest, even give a serious thought about scraping the whole game and start again from scratch, because in its current state I could probably write a whole novel about what should be improved before a commercial release, asking money for it.

Even untranslated, the quality of the story-telling, the characterization and the renders is amateurish, if not outright shoddy.

Exhibiting a 'baboon bottom showing exercise' in medical competence in this game (and also in their GP game) will never make for an interesting PORN game. In fact imho the devs games are amongst some of the most boring on this site. If you are bound and determined to create medical based games in which the sex interest is at best peripheral that is fine by me; however, I suspect that such games will be of most interest to ppl that have at least 10 years medical training and not the average punter on sites like this.

I agree with you and I disagree with you as well... unfortunately game devs like Ubi, EA and Actiblizzard have made it so unfinished products can be sold at premium price..... and many VNs on Steam are massively overpriced. (Koitatsu Party isn't worth 60 bucks. like wtf yo)

From what I experienced, he is pretty quick to fix typos and any bugs that come about for a one man show... IDK I guess playing ONENONE games helps me overlook Bruni's bad translations... because those are awful and ruin the porn by making me laugh... especially someone acting like they are singing zipped do dah as they nut. (WTF kinda dude

But a dev shouldnt charge 20+ bucks for what he delivers and have such a terrible translation thats barely better than ONENONE's awful shitfests. BUT at least ONENONE only charges 2-4 dollars and doesnt expect 20 and 5 for expansions.....

Just a word of warning for people looking at this game it almost could have the tag "no sexual content". At the moment it only has one scene of sexual nature in the game but based on the focus of the content of what is currently there it doesn't look like sexual content will have a major place in the story and content of the game. No idea what the dev is planning or promising haven't had a look at their patreon but just stating what I see based on the current two episodes in the game.

Developer really is a nice helpful guy bt for the life of me I cannot get this one to run on my computer. I did enjoy "Medical Practioner so I thought I'd give this one a go but no luck getting it to run.

I've played GP when it first came out and when he released the final version. For a former Emergency Med Tech like me the Medical Sim was interesting for a time. Bruno's medical info differed from what I was taught and practiced in the field on several occasions and he stated he lifted his info straight out of Italian official medical journals. One just had to learn to memorize these differences to complete and exam. That being said trying to do a mash up of a med sim with a dating sim does not work the way GP goes about it. There is waaaaaaay too much Med Sim and not enough sexy dating sim. Just to play another path to completion one has to play the med sim all over again to get all the scenes. I never really did complete the Asian gal's story or the redhead. I got seriously too bored. The nurse story had a decent ending and the sister too, but what you have to endure to get there, uff! I suspect this game is the same as I have the Steam version as well as the F95 version I finally deleted. My recommendation is that if you want to play a coroner's sim that ties into GP with the same M/C doc from GP being part of the story then give it a go. Bruno is a very reasonable chap who actually listens and responds to the players of his game. Be warned that there will be less sexy stuff than most VN's on this site because Bruno is more interested in making a Medical sim than a porn game (He has stated GP is NOT a porn game).

This compression is unofficial, reduces asset quality, and may or may not break your game.

They need to check their packaging process: there's superfluous zips with assets, several assets delivered in losless as well as very high quality lossy compression, and a Ren'Py runtime unable to run on Linux (because they forgot to remove 'lib' and 'renpy' prior to upgrading the runtime). Cleaned it up as best I could.

Caveat emptor.
