It has only been leaked once directly after the update. The first few days are by far the most important for each creator, so it releasing at the same day or 1-2 days later is very bad.
1-2 weeks later? Sure, that happens often enough. Still bad, but fortunately not that detrimental like the other case.

Well to be fair, you can't call what Marin is doing NTR. She's just a dumbass, not in a relationship with anyone. Yui is also a dumbass with slightly more intelligence. Yui is not exactly NTR either. She's not the mc's girlfriend. They've never even kissed,.or dated, or said that they love each other. The only people being NTR'd are Lucy's husband, Kemo's dad, and mc's dad.

I kinda think I need to replay the game because I've largely forgotten how Marin and Yui got into their situations. The situation in my mind is "I tripped in front of a dick and now I'm here." and I feel like that's not gonna be entirely accurate.

And what about walks under the moon, confessions near a big tree. Love of Yui and the MC is platonic. The main character is just shy to make the first move, he respects women! And Yui appreciates this in him, in fact, many events with Yui occur because of jealousy towards the MC
If not being in a relationship makes something not NTR... then like half of all NTR isn't NTR. Tons of NTR involves a guy and a girl who aren't a couple getting their relationship interrupted by a burly uncle, or an older bully, or his dad... and it's NTR because the affection of the girl (or guy in some cases) is subverted by large, unyielding penu.
