I want so much to be enlai the one to fuck Yui too. Would be so hot to see enlai get the girls from the other dude. Making it a double ntr. On one point enlai said while fucking Marin that he would love to do the same to Yui. He's the only one that really wants both of them. The other dude the bar dude. Doesn't even think of Marin. Imagine enlai stealing Yui from him haha so hot.
I know that there is only so much content that a dev/dev team can make, but I would a path with Enlai for every girl. It's very rare to see this type of ntr executed well. Dukall or whatever the name of the other guy is is a bit more lighter version of the same story.

Yes, it's kinetic. There story is pretty much set in stone and there's no meaningful choices I would remember.
Why didn't they tag it as a kinetic novel? Because it has different endings? Good ending, NTR ending, revenge ending

There are no endings yet. And the most likely reasons why it doesn't have the kinetic novel tag is they either forgot to add it or the developer has plans that make it not kinetic in the future. I wouldn't put too much thought on it, many games on here don't have exhaustive tag lists.
