I don't think it has titfuck. But you can instruct your tentacles to inject something in her breasts so that they become large. And then then can become small by producing milk.
As the tentacle gets used, there is an "ejaculation" bar that is filling up. When it's full, it will ejaculate either automatically, or on your command.
A lot of controls are ...mistranslated. But one of them controls whether tentacle semen gets into her womb or outside of her. I think it's labelled "cumInside" when it cums outside, and "Creampie" when it cums inside. Edit: or maybe the other way around.
Edit2: "cumInside" when it goes in her womb, and "creampie" when it goes outside of her body.

You have to turn on Orgasm Block. If you block 6 then release in a row 2 times, you'll drain all MP.
I think focusing on actions that get things out of her is the way. Pump her breasts and let them get everything out. Fill her ass and let the slime crawl out too. And so on.

I can't even seem to control the 'penis' tentacle. I'm just making her twerk everywhere. Clicking and dragging anywhere seems to make her just... gyrate.
So, I hit auto, but the Ejac bar doesn't seem to be filling, or it's already filled?
So, auto-fuck with no cumming, the entire fertility section is blanked off and there's a bar next to the ejactilation stuff blanked off too...

How about some screenshots? "Gameplay" should be uncensored.
Maybe is something blocking BepInEx, Defender or some shit AV...
Be aware that the game is modded. Those textures are replaced via Texture Replacer.

This mod solution is Win/Win (game/BepInEy), Win build of BepInEx is not able to run under Linux, not even in some form of emulation (.dll problem..so a minor adjustment needs to be made there).

As you wish, but in the end it's not just this game, but basically any modded pre-patched Unity. You could use that knowledge elsewhere.
