The worst part is in chapter one when that actually happens you don't have to do either.
You can follow both routes and choose*not* to continue at multiple points. But despite being either totally faithful or having stirred the pot by cheating with our lesbain best friend, the games second chapter just decides (without warning) its canonical we did the unplanned threesome with Mr Dickhead (or if the other route is coming, but not in game yet, give us a title card saying that). Makes importing a save from first game seem pretty completely pointless.

Likewise we don't get the option to even be flirty with others during the second game. Hot naked rich girl in her own private pool? Our protagonist could have slutted it up the entire previous game and suddenly is a prude. Getting hit on by the Inquisitor we had choice to flirt or reject before? Protagonist rejects her now, no choice. Sleezy bar owner man? Our protagonist again decides for us he's unwlecome (despite sucking Leon off being canonical and *if* you actually did that in the past being able to decide you liked it or not). Even if some choices where just flavor text, or only incremented only a value to track how forwards our character was, it'd be good at making it feel like we where shaping a role in the world, but intead we've been put in the backseat to watch the progonist become a straight steriotyped blond wallflower unable to resist the bigger dicks of "bad men" despite her fiancé (note one e when its a man, too when its the women). I'd overlook it if the "gameplay" was primary over the plot, like this was a horror game or shooter, but its a visual novel porn game, why can't we at least CHOOSE if we wink at somebody?

100% agree, Basically, give us actual choices to avoid/pursue certain paths and this game could be top tier.

So many opportunities to go down various paths and we should be able to choose not to do certain things

Seems like a great game, too bad it's not very long tho, huh. As mentioned above, a choice for threesome would be nice, but an option for female pov would be great as well. Leon's pov would be kinda fun too. Also, maybe it's because it's beta version, but in all episodes from 6 to 8 there is not pictures like David/Alice/Bacchus POV even tho they are in the game. It also feels like they shouldn't just sit there in this small town after freeing Adriana (and hitting the guy in the head in the process and killing the other one) like nothing happened?

Just so everyone knows that is an unfinished beta missing content, still needs the Adriana content to finish chapter 8, and then it moves on to Chapter 9, so there is no ending to this update, and not sure about saves when the full version comes out.

Back Home, Back to Work (Chapter 8 Update)

Well, I’m back home and, of course, already working my fingers to the bone on the final Chapter 8 release. And speaking of that…

I’ve read your feedback about the Leon scene (yes, even on that pirate site), and you’re right – I didn’t handle it the way I should’ve. Some things about Alice are non-negotiable – like her love for Dave – but I’ve also promised you all that you’d get to shape her future and relationships. My initial plan was that the sharing and cheating paths would overlap in that scene, and that’ll still be an option, but I’ll be adding another choice for the final release.

There’ll be more important decisions coming in Chapter 9, and they’ll actually matter for the endings. I’m planning (probably) two in Chapter 10, unless I decide to split some of the Chapter 9 stuff into two parts.

Now, as for the release… I’ve got to push it back (shocking, I know) to the end of the month. Sure, I’ve made decent progress, but I’ve had to catch up on some work work, and I want to make sure Chapter 8 is as polished as it can be before it goes out.
