I had the same problem, you should check on the two brats( blonde one from the inn and black one near the onsen) their events were not complete for me you could also check in the onsen and the item shop for events.

For me it was the 2 kids that prevented me from getting the quest, had to check in on their room both morning and evening for 10 days and then wait for the study group where they get to look at her pussy (talk to seita in the morning after you checked on both the kids and they mentioned something along the line of sex lesson or smth). Then you can talk to the mayor and trigger the goblin quest.

What's the software you use for unzipping? Use a tool 7Zip or WinRar. My preference/recommendation is 7Zip because winrar has been known to be more pervious towards malicious security vulnerabilities.

I'm using joiplay and it's the scripts that's the problem. I can't decrypt it unlike using a computer where there's a software I can use. And Joiplay decrypting option ut doesn't work no clue why
