I'm tired bros
I'm tired bros
I had asked that a year+ ago and the news then were summer 2022. Honesty I would be fine if I knew the game would be completed in 1 year + from now instead of getting rushed just so it can be finished half-assed.plz someone ask him if there is any expected release date
Looks like he doesn't really want to work. He doesn't want to update the game, nor finish it. He had no trouble to prepare an update every 2 months, all way up to 0.5v. 30 months wait time is just bs.Why doesn't he just hire a new coder that won't bail on him? Or fuck, use AI to code. Literally everyone's doing it these days.
Id argue that this is at least marginally better compared to the Dev of NewlifeLooks like he doesn't really want to work. He doesn't want to update the game, nor finish it. He had no trouble to prepare an update every 2 months, all way up to 0.5v. 30 months wait time is just bs.![]()
I am not trying to say you are a lier, but the second part of you argument makes no sense, there is nothing hard about this game code or the story design or how it relates to the engine, even the engine itself it's not the one to blame. It's just a simple, linear, event-based story. His previous coder tried to remake the game in Game Maker and bailed halfway the conversion. Besides, the coding for this game is incredibly repetitive, boring, prone to fatal errors etc because of how ancient and shitty the engine is.
I was working on the game and stopped again because I realized that I'll get paid regardless, even if I don't do any work.
What the fuck?
Your argument doesn't matter, because dev doesn't mind it for years. Dev can split the game in two or more parts to reduce problems, and/or move to a new program. Many solutions are available for those who bother to find a solution.Point out the part where I said the code of this game is "hard". I doubt you tinkered for long in RPGmaker, because the code of this game and the engine are exactly the problems here.
I suggest you actually look at this game's code and assets before you make those claims.
I doubt you understand how coding works, the engine is fine, there are hundreds of games in tis engine, all working just fine. If the game has errors thats Ranneros fault. And i played the game and it's not error prone, it's neglected, like the lack of fonts in the game files when you download the game, thats not a error thats just him being lazy.Point out the part where I said the code of this game is "hard".
