Yes I just did that and well I think its fixed now.... but now I seem to have run into a bug where the menu has no words. lol also I can't leave the menu because it technically is not a menu unless you can select anything but all I see are bouncing children.
*Update* I found out I was using a completely different key set from what I am used to but also there are still no words. I can't see what I am looking at. It's all pictures and no words at all even the menu has no words. they likely have functions but if I can't see what I am doing then that's a problem.

go to game folder > fonts > double click both of those and install them. Install should be at top left of the window that opens.

Yeh and in october it was in Februari/March.
He should be a politician the way he is fooling people.
People still defending this are out of their mind, it's been 2 years.
THAT MEANS THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO PAID FOR 2 YEARS FOR NO CONTENT, and they just go, well he is on discord uuuuuh, posting pictures and updates uuuuhh he is active uuuuuh etc...
If I was a patron, I'd feel stupid as hell right now...
do your research first .. this game was, is and will always be 'free to play' to everyone ..
furthermore , the dev is working on everything alone
'free to play' my ass, earns 2500 a month with his Patrons.
He is milking them, excuse it all you want.
free for me. if you didn't pay, free for you. whatever you want to do to "represent" the patrons, you have no right of doing so.
I am not representing them, I am judging them. Who are you to tell me I can't express my opinion when a dev can't give an update after 2 years while milking his Patrons, whom in turn defend his ass because he gives some pictures and updates statuses on Discord...
When you get that much money from Patrons, you have a responsibility, hell a basic courtesy towards them, to provide content. He also isn't the only new dad in the world, they all have to keep working. He uses every inch he can to milk them and you support it because '???'.
I hope, truly hope, the content he will give will be worth it, but I highly doubt it.
Then who gives you the right to judge patrons? given that they are the supporters of the game and you did nothing? you can say they are stupid or whatever you want, you just don't have baseline here. They do whatever with their money, you say whatever you want. This is called free market, people pay what they can for what they want. people make what they can for what they provide. you are just not part of the trade. you think he didn't provide content for the money, but he is posting new arts, and I think any patrons keep paying are happy with that. it's just you who don't pay anything thinks that the dev didn't provide content.
As for the dev, you can pay him money and go to his patrons to push him if you want. Otherwise, why should the dev care to spend a second to listen to whatever you want to say about his game or progress. Don't play the role of justice/judge, because you are not.

It's not even about my money, I pay every game and software I own and trust me, I owned a lot in my lifetime, don't have a single pirated software program on my PC. Hell, I even bought JP porn games for fun. I am happy to pay, but I will NOT pay for something that doesn't GIVE what is PROMISED and he hasn't given anything in 2 years. Don't come at me with his artwork either, the internet is full of them and they are a 1000 times better and FREE.
And besides all that, it still doesn't give you the right to tell me I can't give my damn opinion on how he is operating.

I'm pretty sure no patreon support is ever worth it. Like even consistent or frequently updated games like NLT's or stuff like Tampstamps are still overpriced if you consider their pace/content vs price. As the guy above said, take your free stuff and if you enjoy it, thank your luck that there are people willing to pay outrageously for a game for us to enjoy.
And hey if you still want to bitch about it, Star Citizen is still a thing and I bet it's backers would kill of it to progress as quickly as Curse of Pleasure does

Just because you do something that's perfectly legal like expressing yourself doesn't mean that what you say is automatically useful or even of interest to anyone other than you. Where's the additional value in telling a bunch of patreon supporters that they should feel stupid for paying for something they.. enjoy? They don't need you to realize when they want to stop supporting a dev in case they don't enjoy what he does anymore.
There's more to communication than just assuring yourself that you're still allowed to make noise, you know?

I am not trying to silent you, but just telling you that what you said is none of the patrons' business, because they are using their money. You feel the dev is not providing enough content, fine, you don't pay him. I am patron for quite some games for couple years. I even won't cancel the patron for games abandoned if I feel to pay more because I like that game. The reason I didn't become patron for this game simply because of its slow update, even through I like this game quite a bit. I just feel grateful that people are supporting it and the dev are still making progress. Hopefully after v0.9 update I will change my mind to be a patron of this game
Slow update is indeed a problem. The author should look for collaborators. Even if he tried before, it is not ideal
