I'm curious about the *_pie variables. For what or more like how they will be used.
I mean of course I understand what many creampies may result, but these variables has strange placement and incrementation.
They are sometimes on not avoidable branch of events (not that I want to avoid them but even if it is avoidable we would lose content with it) and incremented on the same branch multiple times with various degree.
They seems like to store current month's "results", because in flashback it doesn't get increased.
I like how the story progresses, so I wouldn't want to change a thing about it. (I mean not in this aspect anyway) If it will be used in story branching I would expect more control over them. But if the events unfold story driven (more kinetic style) I don't see yet what use of these variables will have.
I'm not really asking for an answer, probably spoilers, I just wanted to share a train of thought.

story opinion:
I really like the 2 eldest girls (both personality and model) and I'm happy that the first one has content and the second one is in a tendency to getting more content.
I also happy to see (from the story perspective) that the girls spend more time and sleeping with MC even if it is just sleeping. I have found it curious that having such affectionate girls around who like to be just near MC and MC ever sleeps alone even if there is no time for sex.
I have found it cute that the eldest girl became this mother figure and shares MC's bed (when it is not already occupied) and be in this role at his side.
I'm not really a fan of the huge harems, because they usually grow as a detriment of the main girls if every harem member becomes equal. I don't know how will the story progress, but I hope if there are more girls to come they will stay in side-chick territory for one time event or something like that. I like to see MC to mainly concerned about the main girls and not every woman in the "town".

Not that this AVN is avoid of any problems but I still think it is a good one.

I mean yeah.
But is it a percentage or ratio? Is it a limit? Does it have a cut off for unavoidable cases?
Is it a combination of those?
Is it the same for every girl?

I get that it is associated with pregnancy and probably if you will want that then the higher is the better. But technically speaking 1 could be enough.
Currently the eldest girl has a highest number or the opportunity to have that. And I hope she keep her lead as the story progresses. I'm looking forward for her coming to Daddy with the great news.
But this game don't have pregnancy tag and based on the story and the current code I have the impression even Shaddy doesn't know how will it be implemented if ever.
Or I'm totally wrong and it is all according to their plans. But it is a curious case either way.

Robert is the doctor neighbor, right? Then... kinda. Apparently he's from a future (though maybe cancelled at this point?) game by a friend of Shaddy's. Robert is the father of Katie, Luna, and Sarah (don't think we've seen Sarah in game yet). He's also the uncle of Maggie. And not revealed in game, but there were comments in the code that have since been removed that revealed Maggie is also his daughter.

Robert's game also would be similarly incestous, so there was a bit controversy/disappointment when all this was revealed and meant Maggie would be off-limits. Robert's daughters were kinda whatever since we had barely even seen two of them, but Maggie was on the cheer team with the MC's girls and even shows up on the main menu. Just to further drive home the point, the list of everyone that scrolls by in the background of the main menu: Rose, Mei, Olivia, Marisol (daughter of the headmistress), and the cheer squad (Jazmine, Ashley, Kimi, Maggie, Lani, and Josefina). All of these characters except Maggie have a creampie variable set up in the code. So yeah, disappointing.

Last I heard on the matter was Shaddy was going to ask his friend if the game was cancelled and if so, if he could have permission to lewd Maggie. Not sure if he or we ever got any more information on that.
