Am I supposed to get a depravity bump for one of the Inn workers when I exit the mines?

Fresh save? Are you asking if I continued at 3.1 save when 3.2 dropped, the answer would be yes, but after a time I erased the save and restarted.

If i remember correctly you just buy it from some seller. Alchemist old lady probably. There is no quest for it.

You can't recruit her yet, that might be part of the comming updates, you can interact with her, so far but she won't join your Girls, I'm hoping that we can also recruit Ishtar later on she is right down my Lane
