Tried to resize the WINDOW, all my other open windows resized. The game did not resize. Just let us select Window and then choose normally how we want it. Until then, unplayable as I hate FULL SCREEN FORCED.

How exactly do you get Gina? I've seen her with the goblins but nothing seems to happen thereafter.

You have pretty high expectations for a dev that is posting an unfinished game for free. maybe relax.
I have no expectations, I am giving feedback which is something good devs seek. Maybe you should let the dev do their own talking instead of talking for them.

Feels like more of a point and click puzzle game than actual brothel management, a lot of pointless running around and locations don't even seem to have names. I got a random affliction and was told to see a person I don't have access to and god knows when I would, yet I'm told it's urgent I deal with it immediately. I dunno, this looked promising but in its current state it's frustrating.
Right now, the affliction is merely a plot device but is supposed to feature in endgame. You can ignore it. Mostly the gameplay is managing resources. The game has multiple currencies: gold, stamina, player stamina, player xp, and girl xp. You have to explore the areas to gain more girls, view scenes for xp. etc. Happy gaming.

Thanks for the info. I wish that was explained in the game but my understanding is that it's a new game so maybe that will improve.

You can't get her as a character but you can view her second scene for +1 player xp, you need to have the mattock/pickaxe and 2 stamina, then break the rock in between the front of her office and the obsidian hold office to obtain the ledger. Then you can blackmail her. (after viewing her with the goblins.)

couple notes after playing 0.2.7 in no specific order:
1) You should lock buying the rooms until you have a girl thats actually perverted enough to work there. If you buy it before that its a waste of money and an annoying increase in taxes
2) I think you should start with the kitchen so that you actually can havev some income from the inn before you need to invest into it
3) The need to pay fame for adventures felt like a huge chore since you pretty much only get it by sending them to a client, which you need to do manually for each potential client.
4) HP costs of prostitution is pretty damn high
5) Would be nice to see which girls have a repeatable +depravity event off cooldown without having to go into their menu
6) Make the woodcutting its own button so that you dont need to go through the dialoge every week. Also you can do the same for mining then.
7) Different pictures for the paths! Show a question mark if you have never been there and once you have been there a small thumbnail of the actual era it leads too.
8) Also make doors clearer that they can be entered.
9) Perks for girls become insanly expensive fast. There should be a way to reduce the costs or cap them at some point. Its nice to have some super genious slut girls.

Notes on the 0.2.7 update, again no specific order:

The "glow" effect is not reliable and remains on NPCs when they're no longer interactable, so it isn't a guide to what can be interacted with. This is inconsistent and consistency is really key to a good interface design.

The mining minigame just isn't working. Either replace it with an expedition-style job or just get rid of it. It's hard to pull a feature out after a lot of effort went into it, but sometimes you have to do that. Bodges atop bodges won't save it, they'll make it worse. It's easily replaceable by a random event system. "[GIRL] found a diamond!] or "[GIRL] found a portal to an eldritch horror world" - It's just item distribution, any number of mechanics could do this. Roll it into the new adventure system, perhaps.

The game needed the "home button" because it has no navigation system, just icons on pictures - it's a bodge. This isn't a navigable world map and the world map we do have is just islands of interactability. By all means have your ambience, but also have a map showing the connections between places.

The PC's portrait (interactable) is all over the place, there's no UI frame keeping it consistent. It's on practically every screen, so the dev thinks it's important, it needs a static place.

On the main screen, the adventure button moves around. Give it a place it should be. On the inn panel, it's on the left. On the bedrooms panel, it's on the right. This means the overwhelmingly common "click again to go back" screen-flip paradigm is lost and players end up on the adventuring panel when they wanted to go back to the inn.

Similarly, for repeatable events, the actionable buttons are on opposite sides, meaning they can't be clicked through. The "Next" interaction isn't in the same place.

The "Rest" area of the inn is just a copy of the "Available Girls" area with less functionality. Get rid of one of them, having both is just clutter.

We've often seen new things added, then the next update goes somewhere completely different and leaves the old on a "Coming soon..." state. Players tend to have little patience for that. If you say "Coming soon" or "Watch for the next update", that's a promise you're making. If you don't keep these promises, you're betraying your audience. Yes, we all know it's very easy to go chasing the new and cool and the fuck to the old and busted. It's easiest for novice developers to simply not release work until it's completed and playable (see: Agile/Scrum development and what a backlog item is).

Most of these have been novice UX issues. I mean this quite sincerely, the dev should read up or watch some videos on good UX (user experience) design. There are so many inconsistencies and the game plain doesn't even have a workable UI overlay when it needs one. It's clear the dev is just learning Unity, but it's also clear he's just learning UX too. People tend not to forgive bad user experience very well. They'll "just know" the game is bad when it becomes hard work to simply use.

Yes, none of this is "new content, cool, sexy", but it's all "better game" stuff. Adding stuff to a poor game is a bigger poor game, this is a trap a lot of novices fall into, it becomes "This next cool thing will be my big break!" and they haven't addressed the basics. If you check all the really good games here, they all made a good game first, then added content to it next.

Don't discourage the dude from making minigames, if you please:). With the jumping potions it's arguably too easy now though.

Not saying the game won't need a balance pass, but it's a bit early in development to do it now.
The MCs 'Int' stat effects (or will effect) how fast the girls gain xp.
And the girls get XP boosting perks (always take those first when they're available).
Yeah, the XP curve is sharp. But their ability to gain XP is also curved, so it mostly evens out.

Actually discussing balance should be one of the next steps, the problem is there are 3 currencies in the game that are worth the most as far as progression and gold isn't one of them. The most important is girls' xp followed closely by girls' stamina, then girls' skill points. Most of the perks aren't worth the experience expenditure except for 'smarty pants', 'flirt fry' and for the early game 'well, well, well'. The reason they're not is because the majority all have a percentage proc, which is mostly useless. A 1 in 20 chance to get 300 gold when dancing? Not worth 40xp, especially because the dancing skill proc is too low so it makes more sense to just put a girl on cooking with flirt fry and smarty pants and buy dancing skill with xp. the most you can get is a 5% buff to skills proccing which is marginally ok, but the fact that dancing and serving trigger far less than cleaning and cooking is a problem. Alma's unique cleaning skill is so useless it should never be chosen, because of it being a small chance as opposed to a static effect. Breast in class is the only tipping increase skill that's worth anything because it always triggers and it scales with a girls' depravity and skill level.

A small static boost is much better than a large boost with a small chance to occur.

I would expect (hope? ) the dev has a generalized plan for what the skills/perks/etc will be like when the game nears completion.
But making balance changes to the game in it's current state would just result in a bloated workload. Because they'll have to balance it again (and again, and again, etc) each time the game is expanded.
Better to just have a plan for how it'll work at completion. Once the game is near completion they'll know how close they are to the balance they wanted. Then do the 'fine tuning' balance pass.

For example:
The MC already has an Int stat that increases how many xp points the girls get. As more events go into the game that give the MC xp points, we'll be able pump up that stat. So, it's clear (to me, at least :p ) that the current 'problem' with slow xp gain on the girls won't be a problem at all as the game advances. Because the dev planned ahead.
We're just suffering from 'game in development syndrome' atm.
