Some updates from the Daz forums ~24 hours later:

1. This months' coupons are still present, you just have to manually expand the section labelled "Monthly Coupons".

2. A fix was suggested for the base problem but it doesn't actually work.

Genesis 9 is DAZ's Win 11.
They're trying to force it on us, but we're sticking with the reliable and versatile Gen 8 and even Gen 3.

The interesting fact is that this discount stacks for some assets (but not all) (mostly in the "related madness" sale).

And as there is an unusually cheap new item, it is easy to get an extra 30% off
I just purchased 20+ assets with a 90-95% discount.

Neither the the "Gold Star" cart discount is being applied nor is the "Gold Star" 50% discount being applied to "Newly Mad Releases", although it seems the latter is being applied to "Still Mad" items.

I've not checked the other deals ... also ... the good news ...

I was waiting for a special sale on lights and lighting schemes. There are so many different ones, many of them quite expensive, and they have a *huge* impact on the final scene.

Likewise, some related to tools and plugins. Not widely used, some really unknown, but very useful, especially if DAZ wants to promote its own plugins built into the Premier version.

:unsure: I'm not sure that promoting stand-alone tools purchasable and owned outside of their 'Premiere Subscription' (lease and relinquish) model would work for them. Pre DS 4.23 items will still come up in sales as they are fond of milking legacy items, so if you haven't already done so, put them on your Wishlist, it isn't a guarantee,Wishlist sales are quite good ... sometimes ...

I've not seen many tools on other vendor's site (don't really focus on them), but I suspect* the Tool Devs are kind of hamstrung by the Daz SDK / PA / Dev T&Cs and licenses ...

* I haven't verified that, it is just a cynic's opinion

A few days ago, among all the offers, there was a specific one for science fiction assets, separate from the others and with its own discounts. Something like that.

Today's Daz3D store faux pas:

Currently seems to work for as many Daz+ items as you want, not limited to 5.

So:

1) still a bunch of stuff on sale 60-70% off
2) limit to Daz+ items and get extra 50% off w/ above deal
3) use 8 tokens for 45% off Daz+ items
4) extra 10% off if you've got a gold star and Daz+, more for premiere

As daz+ member, I was able to get a whole bunch of items for 90-93% off, many under $2.

Act now before they fix it.
