The game got an update, but the English is stock for the game and not the fan translated one. Give it time and someone might update the english translation.

I know there's supposed to be voice lines for the main heroines during H-scenes, but I don't see any part where I can turn them on in the settings? Is it under some specific setting?

The game is timed. The only way to slow down the timer is to slow down the clock.

So, If I'm going AFK and forgot the open game, eating lunch and watching some movies, so I'm get a Game Over or something? xd

Osanagokor 1.2E patch assumes this has encryption which was probably stripped in the old 1.1 release from here

Edit: Yep... Old torrent has a lot more things edited

So am I suppose to download this instead? I downloaded the game via the torrent file, unsure if it's the right version for this

The official translation 1.2e uses a machine translation script to handle things...

If you want a decrypted game then after decrypting it open 'data\System.json' in Notepad++ and remove this end string

Otherwise it will fail to load images because it's expecting the files to be encrypted.
Note: You could probably just change true to false for the same effect but I haven't tested that.

That would be funny haha, but no. You would be unable to save any of the women, and would get a bad end. You have x number of days to save each woman, or they become zombies, edit: or gang raped, then killed.

I did all the steps you mentioned but it still shows "failed to load img/system/iconset.png"

Same here. Not to worry tho, with the time adjustments that I made - one in game minute will pass like one real life minute. Edit: There's some exceptions - leaving the dungeon will change from morning to non or noon to evening, etc. The dungeon operates outside of the time mechanic and auto addes time when you leave.
