It's just a translation patch, either need to buy the game or wait until someone posts a link.

Hey so I'm confused, I downloaded the 1.2E English patch but the games still fully Japanese.
Help?

I don't believe it's uncensored. Since the sex scenes are done via movie files meshed together, the author would literally have to create two versions of every single sex scene for an uncensored version, including skin variations and what not.
Anyone else experiencing a no sound bug? Like I know there isn't any dialogue, but after a couple of run throughs of the game the women are no longing making any sound.
Anyone know where the new girls are? I found the new monster girl but have no clue as to where the other is.

I applied the 1.2E patch but the menus are still in japanese. Dialogues are translated though. Is there an option to enable english menus?

So far it looks like the official translation hasn't change since it was first released, very little was translated. I see it still has the berry easy difficulty setting.
